Experience is Required for this position.
We do Residential and Commercial Electrical work.
Need to be Independent, self starter and able to lift up to 70lb when necessary.
Must have a Drivers License and a vehicle to get to the shop every morning.
Must be on time to work Every day! Respectful to others and able to work with some Supervision.
Duties:
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems under the guidance of a licensed electrician.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Assist in the installation and troubleshooting of electrical components, such as switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures.
- Assist in the testing and inspection of electrical systems to ensure they meet safety standards.
- Learn to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an apprenticeship program or enrollment in a recognized apprenticeship program.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in electrical work.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues.
