Our preschool is comprised of 3 classrooms serving children 18 months to 5 years of age.
The RBT will be responsible for implementing ABA-based behavior management procedures to help reduce challenging behaviors and increase functional communication within the classroom.
Candidates who have experience in childcare/early childhood education and have a Registered Behavior Technician certification are preferred.

com Daily Duties Include:
- Assisting with the implementation of educational activities - Assisting with self-care routines such as dressing for outdoor play, meal prep, and washing hands - Implement behavior management plans created by the supervising LBA - Collect behavioral data - Assist with teacher and parent training on ABA concepts and procedures - Facilitate learning opportunities through play both in the classroom and on the playground - Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and families Benefits of becoming a Paper Crown RBT:
